Female Football Club
What Success Looks Like
Success for Inglemire AFC will be reflected not only in results on the pitch, but in the overall strength, sustainability, and reputation of the club. Over the next three years, success will mean stable and competitive Women’s First Team and Reserves squads operating within a clearly defined development pathway; increased opportunities for women and girls to participate in football locally; and a growing, well‑supported volunteer workforce.
Success will also be demonstrated through strong governance, effective safeguarding, sound financial management, and positive working relationships with the County FA, local partners, and sponsors. Ultimately, success will be seen in Inglemire AFC being recognised as a trusted, inclusive, and well‑run club that consistently delivers high‑quality women’s football and sets a positive benchmark for female grassroots football across Hull and the East Riding.
Vision and Three‑Year Objectives
Our vision is for Inglemire AFC to be recognised as a leading club for female football within Hull and the East Riding—known for high standards, strong values, and clear player development pathways.
Over the next three years, we will focus on:
- Consolidating the Women’s First Team at a competitive level
- Strengthening the Reserves as a clear and effective progression route
- Responsibly expanding participation through additional teams, where demand and resources allow
Alongside this, we will embed consistent coaching standards, continue to develop and support our volunteer workforce, strengthen partnerships with the County FA and local community organisations, and operate as a financially sustainable, well‑governed club.
Through this approach, Inglemire AFC will provide more opportunities for women and girls to play football in a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment, while establishing itself as a benchmark club for female grassroots football in the region
